Donald E. Saxton, age 93; of Maple Shade, NJ; formerly of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away on February 12, 2009 at Cadbury Nursing Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved husband of Kathryn I. (nee Wister); Devoted father of the late Connie R. Taylor; Loving grandfather of Deborah and her husband Wayne Lawyer, Kathleen Waters, Norma Thiel, and the late John Taylor; Loving great grandfather of 8 and great great grandfather of 4. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Saxton was a court reporter for the 7th Judicial District Court in Muscatine, Iowa for over 30 years. He was also a United States Army Veteran of World War II, where he served as a medic. Relatives and friends are invited Tuesday from 9 to 10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue. Interment services will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
