CLARION, IA -Ron Portwine, 67, of Clarion, died Wednesday (April 8, 2009) at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. Memorial services for Ron Portwine will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at Ewing Funeral Home in Clarion with Pastor Gary L. Boen officiating. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Ewing Funeral Home, Clarion.
