Margaret R. Schultz of Alexandria, Ind., died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was 94. Born Nov. 20, 1910, in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of John and Lena (Luthro) Myklebust. They preceded her in death. She married Norman H.A. Schultz on July 4, 1936; he preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 1974. She had served as Clerk/Treasurer of Gimco City while residing there. She was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Alexandria, Ind. More recently she attended the First Baptist Church of Alexandria, Ind. She was a member and Past Worthy Matron of the Alexandria Order of the Eastern Star: a member of the Daughters of the Nile and the Madison County Shrine Club Auxiliary, both of Anderson; and a member of the former Alexandria Garden Club. Survivors include one son, Norman S. (Pat) Schultz of Noblesville; one granddaughter; and two great-granddaughters. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Agnes Kobs. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Owens Funeral Home, 412 N. Harrison St. in Alexandria, Ind. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Clifton Richardson will officiate. Interment will follow at Vinson Memorial Cemetery in Summitville, Ind. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o. Owens Funeral Home, 412 N. Harrison St., Alexandria, IN 46001.
