Dominick Leonel Perez, the son of Amber Kreitlow and Leonel Perez, was born November 14, 2008, in Clarion, Iowa. Dominick died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Wright Medical Center in Clarion, at the age of 3 months and 24 days. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kevin Kreitlow and great grandparents, Louis Eugene Thompson, great great grandparents, Stanley and Laura Burras and Marvin and Inez Thompson. Survivors include his parents, Amber Kreitlow and Leonel Perez of Eagle Grove, brother, Jayden Kreitlow of Eagle Grove; grandmother, Laurie Kreitlow and Rodney Klein of Eagle Grove, Guadalupe Paredes and Jose Luis Perez; great grandparents, Judi Thompson of Eagle Grove, Judy Kreitlow of Kirbyville, MO, Gregorio Perez and Tranavilina Ruiz, all of Mexico, Angela Garcia and Celestino Paredes of Mexico; uncles, Jorge Luis Perez of Ohio, Brandon Kreitlow of Ankeny, Jeremy Thompson and Kenneth Kreitlow III, of Eagle Grove; aunts, Maria Guadalupe Perez of Mexico, Stacie Kreitlow of Hampton, Elaine Crawford of Arizona, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, March 13, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at Samuel Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove with Pastor Stan Peterson officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove. Memorial contributions may be left to the discretion of the family.
