MABEL, Minn. (Special) - Funeral services for George Michael Waters, 21, Dows, Iowa, and formerly of Hesper Township, Winneshiek County, Iowa, who was killed Tuesday evening in a one-car accident near Dows, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hanover Catholic Church near Waukon, Iowa. Burial will be in the church Cemetery. Friends may call today at the Bakke-Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon. He was born on July 22, 1949, to George and Ellen Masters Waters and was discharged from the U.S. Army in August after serving in Vietnam. Survivors include his parents; Mr. and Mrs. George Masters, Dows; four brothers, Robert, Timothy, Dennis and Patrick, all of Dows; four sisters, Mrs. Randy (Phyllis) Murphy, Webster City, Iowa, and Helen Waters, Sioux City, Iowa, and Kathleen and Carmel, both at home and grandparents, Mrs. George Waters, Waukon, Iowa, and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Masters, Mabel, Minn.
