Carroll E. Saxton, born in Hardy, IA on Aug. 26, 1920, passed away Aug. 3, 2004 at age 83. Disabled American Veteran serving during WWII. Employed by Honeywell 43 years. Carroll was always a kind, gentle, polite man. Family was extremely important and always came first. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Delores; daughters, Barbara Saxton (Phill Turner), Sandra Schultz (Mark); grandchildren, Eric and Sara Schultz, Christy Turner, Jenny Russell (Dave); brothers, Charles (Vivian), Duane (Irene), James (Barbara); sister, Beth Whiteley; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service Saturday, 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 8115 Hwy. 7, St. Louis Park. Private family interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church or Methodist Hospital Hospice.
