March 23, 1902 -- March 24, 1993

Daughter of Hans & Hannah (Peterson) Gangstead. On July 20, 1921, she married Herman R. Harvey. The couple farmed in Humboldt Co. for many years, retiring in 1965. When her husband died in 1982, she moved to Humboldt. She is survived by sons & daughters-in-law, Elmer & Valborg Harvey, Webster City, Donald & Charlene Harvey, Livermore, Roger & Ellen Harvey, Badger; daughter & son-in-law, Grace & Dr. Robert Morris, Storm Lake; daughter-in-law, Maxine Harvey, Sheffield; 16 grandchildren; 18 g-grandchildren; one g-g-grandchild; sisters, Olive Hooker, Goldfield, Mabel Berkland, Thor and Enid Novy, Kenosha, Wis.; brothers, Harold Gangstead, Sioux Falls, S.D., and Rev. Owen Gangstead, Decorah. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by parents; son, Raynard; sister, Agnes Stockdale.

Burial in Lake Church Cemetery, Humboldt County, IA (near Goldfield, Wright County, Iowa)
