Richard Carl Dencklau, 69, of Brighton, Colorado died May 19. Services were May 22, with burial at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Mr. Dencklau was born in Vincent, Iowa, on Dec. 11, 1930. He married Velma Dencklau, 1949, and Mary Frances Brewer, 1993. He was a farmer and brick mason. Survivors include his wife; sons Rick of Denver, James of Brighton, Les of New Mexico, Jackie Thorn of Texas, Corbet Thomas of Brighton and Vern Thomas of Westminster; daughters Cindy Burks of Westminster, Linda Jaramillo of Denver and Sandra Fuller of Aurora; numerous brothers and sisters; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
