Daily Freeman Journal, Webster City, IowaFuneral services for Ethel Mourlam, 70, Rural Route 1, Woolstock, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. Edward Masters officiating and with burial in Graceland cemetery. Miss Mourlam died suddenly this morning [November 17, 1980] at her home following a lingering illness
Ethel Fern Mourlam was born Nov. 26, 1909, at Wall Lake Twp., the daughter of Joseph and Emma Kastler Mourlam. She was reared and educated in the rural Woolstock area schools. She had lived at the family farm home since 1927.
She is survived by four sisters and a twin sister, Edna Mourlam of Woolstock; Mrs. Nellie Thompson of Clarion; Mrs. Carl (Florence) Heck of Dodge Center, Minn.; and Mrs. Gerald (Hazel) Ratcliff of Webster City; also one brother, Louis J. Mourlam of Webster City; also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents, two sisters and one brother.
