Mrs. Mathias Deimerly Dead

Death entered the home of Mathias Deimerly of Wall Lake Township last Friday, October 28 [1910] and claimed for its victim the good wife and mother, the cause of her death being pulmonary tuberculosis, from which she had been suffering for some time.

Mrs. Deimerly was born in Keokuk County, Iowa, October 2, 1862, and was married in 1880, coming to this county in 1888 and they have made their home here ever since. Of the six children born to them four are now living namely: Sebastian, Mrs. P. McHale, and Misses Anna and Tilda. At the time of her death, Mrs. Deimerly was 49 years and 20 days of age. Deceased had the respect of all her acquaintances and is mourned not only by the loving husband and children but by a large circle of friends.

Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church in Clarion Sunday morning at 10:30, conducted by Father Lentz of Independence, who is supplying for Father Murray, and internment in the Catholic Cemetery just east of town.
