ROBERT H. STARNES, 65, of Ridge Manor [Florida] died Wednesday at his home. A native of Belmond, Iowa, he moved to this area several years ago. He was a carpenter. He is survived by a daughter, Halee of Allegan, Mich.; a son, Kenneth of Holland, Mich.; and two sisters, G. Alberta Miller and Irene, both of Ridge Manor. Coleman and Ferguson Funeral Home, Dade City.
