Earmalee T. Trost, 93, Lee's Summit, Missouri, a former insurance agency co-owner, died Oct. 30, 1993, at the Lee's Summit Hospital. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Village Chapel at John Knox Village. The family suggests contributions to the St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Mrs. Trost and her husband, Ewald G. Trost, who died in 1972, owned the Trost Insurance Agency from 1922 to 1960. Earlier she taught music in Belmond, Iowa, schools. She attended the Kansas City Conservatory of Music. She was a member of the church and the PEO Sisterhood. She was born in Lone Jack in Jackson County and lived in Liberty and in Belmond and Fort Dodge in Iowa before moving to Lee's Summit in 1975. Survivors include a daughter, Joanne L. Schottman, Overland Park; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
