Marie Verbrugge, 85, of Kanawha, died Sunday (Dec. 22, 1996) at the Kanawha Community Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Kanawha Christian Reformed Church, with the Rev. David Daley officiating. Burial will be in the Wright Christian Reformed Church Cemetery, Kanawha. Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Ewing-Dugger Funeral Home, Kanawha and one hour prior to services at the church. Marie Verbrugge was born May 28, 1911, in Kanawha. Survivors include one sister, Pauline Crawford, Traer; and one brother, John Verbrugge, Kanawha.
