EAGLE GROVE — Marjorie Ann Krosofsky, 81, died May 16, 2008, at the Rotary Ann Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 20 at 2 p.m., at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. She was born March 9, 1927, in Eagle Grove, the daughter of Edwin and Edith (Helgevold) Berg. She was educated in Eagle Grove, graduating with the class of 1944. In 1946 she married Edward Krosofsky. They lived most of their lives in Santa Barbara, Calif. They were world travelers, visiting many foreign countries. He passed away in 1988. In 2002 she returned to Eagle Grove and became a resident of the Rotary Ann Home. She is survived by brother Eugene (Marian) Berg, two nieces Deb Jorgensen, of Fort Dodge, and Cindy Leyva, of Coleta, Calif., and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers, Norman and Edwin Berg.
