REASNOR — Robert Chapman, 72, of Reasnor died Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. No services are scheduled. The Wallace Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his son, Kelly (Arvela) Miller of Urbandale; one daughter, Shannon (Charles) Green of Pueblo, Colo.; two step-daughters, Penny (Kenneth) Mahlow of Madrid and Tami (Bruce) Weishaar of Reasnor; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one brother, Raymond Chapman of East Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.

There are no services scheduled. Bob's body has been cremated. Those left to honor Bob's memory are his son, Kelly (Arvela) Miller of Urbandale, Iowa; daughter, Shannon (Charles) Green of Pueblo, Colorado; his 2 step-daughters, Penny (Kenneth) Mahlow of Madrid, Iowa and Tami (Bruce) Weishaar of Reasnor, Iowa; 8 grandchildren; his great-grandson; and brother, Raymond Chapman of East Des Moines, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Madeline (Fisher) Chapman; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Bob was a graduate of Eagle Grove High School of Eagle Grove, Iowa. He had worked as a pipefitter for the Local 33 out of Denver, Colorado.
