ROY WICKWIRE FUNERAL TODAY

Funeral services will be today (Thursday) at 2 o'clock at Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home for Roy Wickwire. He died early Tuesday morning at the Rotary Ann Home infirmary where he had been a patient since December 1970. Rev. H. W. Schiller will be in charge and burial will be in the Troy Township Cemetery.

Mr. Wickwire is survived by one sister Lottie Thomas of Boise, Idaho. Mr. Wickwire was born in Stevenson County, Ill. to parents Edwin and Eliza Jane Parr Wickwire. When he was a small boy the family moved to Duncombe and later to a farm in Troy Township, South of Eagle Grove. He did farm tilling and was a farm worker most of his life time. He was the uncle of Mrs. Roy Hendrickson of Eagle Grove. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and seven brothers.
