Mrs. Roy W. Comstock, who died November 17 and was buried in Rose Hill cemetery, Eagle Grove, Ia, last Saturday, was a native of Black Hawk County, born near Raymond Dec. 7, 1877, her maiden name being Norah Louise Baker according to an obituary published in the Eagle Grove Eagle. After attending the country school she attended East High school in Waterloo and in 1894 she moved with her parents to Eagle Grove. Dec. 27, 1899, she was married to Royal W. Comstock and they resided at Eagle Grove until January, 1926, when the removed to a farm.
Surviving are the husband, two sons, Kenneth and Winfield; one sister, Mrs. Sadie Gilley, Waterloo and three brothers, Edison H. and Heber H. Baker, Eagle Grove. Funeral services were in chare of Rev. W. G. Muhleman and Rev. E. A. Anderson in the Methodist church at Eagle Grove.
