Stephen Duane Hiltabidle, the son of Richard and Wanema (Mace) Hiltabidle was born August 22, 1954 in Webster City, Iowa. He was raised and education in Eagle Grove, graduating from Eagle Grove High School, and attended 3 years of college. He was a bartender in Eagle Grove for the Zoo Lounge and was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Steve passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2007, at his home in Eagle Grove. He was preceded in death by his mother Wanema on April 15, 2004, and his sister Kila Kae on March 17, 1986. Stephen is survived by his father, Richard Hiltabidle of Eagle Grove; brothers, Thomas and wife Mary Hiltabidle of Eagle Grove, Richard Hiltabidle and Donna Small of Queen City, Missouri, special friend, Kristy Chapman of Eagle Grove; daughters, Jennifer Bromley, Kaitlin Hiltabidle and Kimberly Hiltabidle of Eagle Grove; nephews and nieces, Matthew, Aaron and Mindy Hiltabidle, Gabriel, Carna, Joshua and Aaron Small.
Visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2007, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove. The body has been cremated.
