Donald Leroy Bayliss, Son of Gilbert and Dorothy Harris Bayliss. He leaves to mourn his departure: his mother and father, one brother, James Gilbert; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bayliss and Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Harris of Belmond, Iowa; great grandmothers, Mrs. P. G. Peterson, of Belmond and Mrs. Janney Teater of Leon, Iowa, besides uncles, aunts and other relatives.

The funeral services were held at the Fulton Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and were conducted by Rev. J. S. Hutchings of the Belmond M. E church. Mrs. Wm. Trafford and Mr. A. Chamberlin sang, "Nearer my God to Thee", "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," "Beautiful Beckoning Hands." Interment was made in the Belmond Cemetery.
