MENIFEE, CA ---- Mildred Anne Hauge, 94, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in Hemet, California.
Born Dec. 12, 1912, in Galt, Iowa, she lived in Menifee for eight years. She received a teaching certificate from Waldorf College in Forest City. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Alhambra. She operated a child care business in Temple City.

Mrs. Hauge was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Gerald Hauge, in 1993; son Robert Paul Hauge in 1970; and daughter Donna Kay Watson in 2006. She is survived by her son, Stephen Martin Hauge of Tuscany Hills; daughter Julia Andrea Steedman of Menifee; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Private interment and cremation are planned.The family suggests donations to Habitat for Humanity or Friends of the Murrieta Public Library. Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet is handling arrangements.
