SERVICES FOR D. H. KEITH, 73, Manager of Elevator at Goldfield
Had Served on Council

GOLDFIELD—Funeral services were held here Monday afternoon at the United Presbyterian church for David H. Keith, 73, manager of the Farmers Elevator company here for the past 31 years. The Rev. John Haupt officiated and burial was in the family lot at Glenwood cemetery. In 1897 he became manager of the Rock Island lumber yard where he remained until 1908. In 1908 he was chosen as manager of the newly organized Farmers Elevator company of Goldfield where he served for 31 years until his death.

Surviving are: Robert P. of Rockwell City; John Russell of Garner; Dorothy A. Smith and Enid Smith of Nashua and Marian J. Dean of Des Moines. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. His brothers surviving are William and John of Scotland; Robert H. of Rowan and two sisters Mrs. Mary Phelp, Mrs. Jessie Melton and Mrs. Isabella Henderson all of Scotland and Elsie Keith of Montreal, Canada. He served for many years as a councilman and as a member of the board of education. He was a member of the United Presbyterian church of Goldfield.
