GOLDFIELD — Laura Maxine Stevenson, 88, of Goldfield, passed away Nov. 19, 2007 at the Humboldt Care Center North. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the United Presbyterian Church in Goldfield. Internment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Goldfield. Visitation with the family will be from 9 to10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Stevenson is survived by her husband Lloyd of Goldfield; daughter Mary (Jorge) Padilla of Ames; granddaughter Amanda (Seth) Holmen of Ames; grandson, Gabriel (Maricela) Padilla of Long Beach, Calif.; great-grandsons Lucas and Landon Holmen and great-granddaughter Olivia Padilla; sister-in-law Mary Alice Schneider and her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marilynn Marty; brother, Chris H. Schneider; and nephew, Jeff Schneider.
