Funeral Services for Rowan Woman Are Held

ROWAN, Oct. 14.—Funeral services for Mrs. George Whitten, who died Thursday night at her home in Rowan, were held at the Congregational church Sunday afternoon with the pastor, the Rev. L. A. Marquardt, officiating. Mrs. Whitten leaves, besides her husband, three daughters, Mrs. I. Erickson and Mrs. Charles Peddle, both of Popejoy and Miss Vinnie Whitten of Rowan.
