ORMA MARGARET SADLER POLMATEER, 90, of Colorado Springs, died Sept. 19, 1996. She retired in 1967 from A.B. Dick Office Supplies in Chicago. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. today, at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave. A rosarywill be said at 7 p.m. today at Swan-Law Cascade Chapel. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Cathedral, 22 W. Kiowa St.

Mrs. Polmateer was born Oct. 1, 1905, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, to Peter N. and Addie M. (Thebiay) Sadler. She was married April 25, 1925, in Eagle Grove to Floyd Polmateer, who is deceased. She is survived by 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Izette Imboden, and two brothers, Edward Sadler and her twin, Orville Sadler.

Mrs. Polmateer served in the Army 8th Air Force for two years, attaining the rank of staff sergeant. She served in England, France and Germany. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and the Pikes Peak WAC Vets Chapter 75. She was a former resident of Manitou Springs and had lived in Colorado Springs since 1967. Memorial contributions may be made to Silver Key Senior Services, 2250 Bott Ave., Colorado Springs 80904, or St. Mary's Cathedral, 22 W. Kiowa St., Colorado Springs 80903.
