Funeral Services for Mrs. Hans C. Hansen

Mrs. Esther L. Hansen, 71, Dows, died Tuesday, Feb. 20 at the Clarion hospital. She was born December 12, 1896 at Galt, the daughter of William and Amelia Kreitlow. On December 18, 1919 she was married to Hans C. Hansen at Clarion. Surviving are her husband, one daughter, (Maxine) Mrs. Bob Weir of Galt, and one son, Larry Hansen of Dows. Also surviving are one sister and one brother, Mrs. George Peterson of Alden and Herman Kreitlow of Dows and seven grandchildren. She was preceded In death by her parents, three brothers and one great grandson. Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 23 at 2 o'clock at the First Lutheran Church at Dows. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. David Anderson officiated and the Van Hove Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
