Funeral services Monday, 11:30 a.m., at Casey-Laskowski and Son Funeral Home, 4540-50 W. Diversey Av. Interment Acacia Park. Visitation Saturday after 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 3 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society appreciated.
