FALLBROOK, CA - Lois Anne Frazier, 92, died Sunday, July 8, 2007. Born June 12, 1915, in Randall, Iowa, she lived in Fallbrook for 50 years. She was a homemaker for 45 years. She graduated from Eagle Grove (Iowa) High School and attended Iowa State University. She was a longtime member and past president of P.E.O. Chapter PF; a Girl Scout volunteer leader from 1959 to 1969, and past president of Fallbrook Girl Scouts 1964-66; recipient of the Girl Scout Thanks Badge for service; co-founder with her late husband of the Fallbrook Community Concert Association in 1970; member of the Fallbrook Angel Society; and a charter member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Fallbrook, where she served as a volunteer organist and pianist. Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Frazier, in 2006. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-laws Jane and Tom Camp of Phoenix, Ginger and John Longwell of North Tustin, and Celeste and Glenn Chaffin of Fallbrook; sisters Maxine Anderson of Menlo Park and Arlene Harrison of Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Christ The King Lutheran Church in Fallbrook. Entombment is planned at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside. The family suggests memorial donations to Christ the King Lutheran Church (Music Ministry), 1620 S. Stage Coach Lane, Fallbrook, CA 92028. Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary is handling arrangements.
