DOWS — Frederick N. Larson, 59, of Duncan, formerly of Dows, died Tuesday (Jan. 19, 1999) at the Hancock County Memorial Hospital, Britt. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Palestine Lutheran Church, rural Huxley, with the Rev. Lyle Peters officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Cataldo Funeral Chapel, Garner, with a prayer service beginning at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will resume one hour prior to services at the church Saturday. Frederick Nelson Larson was born Feb. 14, 1939, in Des Moines. He is survived by his brother, Ron Larson, Dows; and a sister, Linda Larson, Crystal, Minn.
