Suzanne Marie Westra , age 67, a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota and a resident of Foley, AL, passed away on December 25, 2005. Mrs. Westra. was a member of the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church and a member of the Wesleyan Sunday School Class. She was also a co-leader, along with her husband, of the Gulf Shores Elementary Tutoring Program.

She is survived by her husband, Stan Westra of Foley, AL.; one daughter, Sheryl Westra of Mobile, AL.; one son, Scott (Janelle) Westra of Washington state; three brothers, Richard (Shirley) Carroll of Finlayson, MN., Thomas (Faye) Carroll of Mora, MN. and Ronald (Cheryl) Carroll of Canada; one sister, Barbara Carroll of Hinckley, MN.; two grandchildren, Kjell Westra and Kees Westra.

A Memorial Service will be held for Mrs. Westra on Friday, December 30, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church. ARRANGEMENTS ARE BY WOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATORY, INC., 2551. SO MCKENZIE ST., FOLEY, AL.
