Amos E. Sann, 84, of rural Clarion, died Saturday (June 10, 1995) at the Belmond Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Church of Christ Congregational, with the Rev. Fred Lohman officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the Willim Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Amos E. Sann was born Aug. 5, 1910 in Wright County on a farm south of Clarion. Survivors include one daughter, Janice Baldwin of East Lansing, Mich.; one son, Dwight Sann of Clarion; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four sisters, Jane Adams, Lela Sann and Freda O'Connor, all of Des Moines, and Mary Mourlam of Webster City. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and one brother.
