Dwight H. Helps, 87, of Klemme, died Sunday (April 28, 1996) at home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at the United Methodist Church, Klemme, with the Rev. Jerry Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Ell Township Cemetery. Visitation was held from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Tenold Funeral Home, Klemme, and will be held one hour prior to services at the church today.

Dwight H. Helps was born May 9, 1908, in rural Clarion. Survivors include his wife, Alvina, of Klemme; one son, Raymond Helps of Klemme; daughters, Eunice Broer of New Providence, and JoAnn VerHelst of Klemme; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Pringnitz of Garner. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and one brother.
