Gene Richard Ballantine, 78, of Clarion, died Wednesday (Nov. 19, 2003. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Clarion United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Don Morrison officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Willim Funeral Home, 602 N. Main St. in Clarion and one hour prior to services Sunday at the church.
