Services for June Isenberger, 78, of Garner, who died Thursday (Aug. 17, 1995) at Concord Care Center will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Robert T. Ellis as officiant. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel, 160 E. Fourth St.

June Mae Isenberger, the daughter of James Roosa and Goldie Roosa (nee) Sarber, was born June 15, 1917, in Harris, Minn. She moved with her family to Waterloo where she graduated from Waterloo High School in 1934. In 1936 the family moved to Clarion. On Sept. 8, 1950, she was married to Maynard Isenberger at Moline, Ill. They lived in Clarion, Carroll, Osage, Forest City and then in 1969, moved to Garner. June worked at Winnebago Industries in Forest City for nine years. She retired in 1981 due to ill health.

She is survived by her husband, Maynard Isenberger of Garner; her daughter, Janice Rae Pitstick and her husband, Dennis, of Fonda; four grandsons, Scott Pitstick and his wife, Carla; Rick Pitstick and his wife, Lana; Russ Pitstick and his wife, Vicki, and Randy Pitstick and his wife, Chris; two great-grandchildren, Derek Pitstick and Taryn Pitstick; three sisters, Agnes Shunkwiler of Charles City; Velma Brewer and her husband, Kenneth of Marshalltown, and Viola Ferguson of Gainsville, Ga.; and a brother, Wes Roosa and his wife, Mae, of Bellingham, Wash. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dee Ann Isenberger, June 16, 1953; her parents; a sister, Alice Wright; and two brothers, Robert Roosa and Bill Roosa.
