BELMOND -- Jan E. Jones, 37, died Saturday (May 3, 1997) at the Willow Creek Care Center, Mason City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with the Rev. Jack Paisley officiating. Burial will be in the St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Tenold Funeral Home, with a parish rosary at 2:30 p.m. and a wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Jan E. Jones was born Dec. 16, 1959, in Belmond. Survivors include two brothers, Kevin Jones and Brian Jones, both of Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents.
