EAGLE GROVE - Ervin T. Michalson, 67, rural Eagle Grove, died Saturday at Trinity Regional Hospital, Fort Dodge. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at South Enes Lutheran Church, Vincent, with burial in Newark Township Cemetery. Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home is in charge.

Surviving are his wife, Roberta; daughters, Mrs. J.D. (Marilyn) Miller, Clear Lake; and Jan Marie Michalson, Eagle Grove; sons, John, Humboldt; and Joel, Eagle Grove; brother, Maurice Thompson, Humboldt; sisters, Mrs. Oral (Marie) Strachan, Humboldt; and Mrs. Frederick (Orpha) Proctor, Surfside Beach, S.C.; and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Michalson was born in Vincent and attended country school near there. He farmed with his father until marrying Roberta Bastian in Humboldt in 1939. The couple farmed northeast of Vincent.
