EASTOVER -- Funeral services for Ralph David Rounds, 94, widower of the late Eunice Genevieve Rounds, of Eastover will be held 2p.m. Wednesday in Greenlawn Mausoleum Chapel with Reverend Eddie Usher, officiating and entombment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday evening at Greenlawn Funeral Home. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements.

Mr. Rounds passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2007, at his residence. He was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa to the late Charles Rounds and Del McVicker Rounds. Mr. Rounds was predeceased by a brother, Chester Rounds; a sister, Mary Jean Johnson; a grandson, Todd Minett; and a great-granddaughter, Bethany Feit. Surviving are his daughters, Shirley Kruger and her husband Jack of Worthington, MN, Norma Hutt of Eastover, SC, and Janice Polesky and her husband Paul of Royalton, MN; his sons, Ronald Rounds and Gerald "Jerry" Rounds and his wife Linda all of Eastover, SC; his sisters, Dorothy Williams of Clear Lake, Iowa, Ethel Williams of Iowa Falls, Iowa, Eileen Garnesy of Morning Sun, Iowa, JoAnn King of Balaton, MN; his brothers, Wayne Rounds of Manchester, Iowa and Virgil Rounds of Knoxville, TN; 18 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren whom will all miss him dearly.
