Addie Mae Weld, 83, of Clarion, died Wednesday (Oct. 23, 1996) at the Clarion Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Charles Kellog officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. today with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m.

Addie Mae Weld was born Aug. 22, 1913, in Clarion. Survivors include her daughter, Melvene Duitscher of Rolfe; son, James Weld of Clarion; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Little of Humboldt. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents [Mr. and Mrs. Orren Ahrends], two brothers and one sister.
