Ruth M. Lewellyn, 87, of Clarion, died Thursday (Sept. 5, 1996) at the Clarion Healthcare Center. No services are planned. The body was cremated. Willim Funeral Home, Clarion, is in charge of arrangements. Ruth M. Lewellyn was born Sept. 6, 1908, in Clarion. Survivors include two sisters, Mary McFall, of Hoquiam, Wash.,and Isel King, of Poplar Grove, Ill.; and one brother, Lyle Lewellyn, of Clarion. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
