Mrs. Klasine Beyer Services Wednesday

Funeral services were held this Wednesday for Mrs. Klasine Beyer at the Vernon Lutheran church southwest of Dows at 2 p. m. with the Van Hove Funeral Home of Dows In charge. Mrs. Klasine Beyer, a life long resident of Vernon township, died at the Community hospital in Clarion Saturday afternoon [28 March 1964]. Mrs. Beyer was born Nov. 18, 1883 in Vernon township to Fred and Marie Harbrecht Heiden. She was married March 22, 1900, to Fred Beyer. They had seven children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, in 1945, one son Lewis, one daughter, Margaret, one great grandson, one sister, Alvina Graber, and one brother, Ernest. She is survived by her children, Elsie, Mrs. A.M. Otteros, Williams; Mrs. Mattie Ackerman, Dows; Ella, Mrs. Walter Detmar, Dows; Laurence, Blairsburg; and Harold of Dows; eight grandchildren; Mrs. Andy Karuth, Williams; Fred Otteros, Williams; Darrell Ackerman, Dows;Kenneth Detmar, Ft. Knox, Ky.; Mrs. Melvln Britt, Marshalltown; Mrs. Larry Alstott, Ft. Dodge; and Raymond and Richard Beyer of Dows. There are twelve great grandchlldren.
