McCULLOM LAKE, Illinois - John Michael Neal, 75, of McCullom Lake, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at his home. He was born Jan. 13, 1931, in Woodstock, to LeRoy M. and Flora (Negri) Neal. Formerly of Woodstock, he had been a resident of McCullom Lake for the past 20 years. He was a long-haul truck driver for Fiat Allis of Carol Stream, transporting earth-moving parts. He was an avid fan of classic cars and trucks. His prize possessions were his '49 Lincoln and a '57 customized T-Bird convertible.

Survivors include a brother, LeRoy Neal of Panorama City; a sister, Shirley Ramaeker of Eagle Grove, Iowa; 20 nieces and nephews, Mary Swift, Frank Neal, Patrick Neal, Kathleen (Ron) Neal-Flint, Cindy (Scott) Christensen, Bonnie Larson, Lonnie (Judy) Ramaeker, Maryann (Steve) Gant, Dan (Jennifer) Ramaeker, Carrie (Robert) Campbell, Rick Ramaeker, Maryann (Steve) Gant, Dan (Jennifer) Ramaeker, Carrie (Robert) Campbell, Rick Ramaeker, Deb (Mike) Laake, Tom (Becky) Ramaeker, Marie (Brian) McLoughlin, Donna (Joe) Sahn and JoAnn (Tony) Jacobson; and many great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at George R. Justen & amp; Son Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry. The funeral will follow at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Ringwood Cemetery.
