Ruth Evelyn Woods, 82, of Hampton, died Monday (Aug. 18, 1997) at Franklin General Hospital. There will be private family services. The Rev. Gregory Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the Hampton Cemetery. There is no visitation. Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ruth Evelyn Woods was born July 17, 1915, in Eagle Grove. Survivors include one brother, Milford Morgan, Fort Dodge; and four sisters, Alma Woods, Hampton; Alice Morgan, Highland, Calif.; Olive Putnam, Goldfield, and Wilma Wray, Highland, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and four sisters.
