George Franklin Kelley, 88, died on Monday, January 20, 2003. Burial was in the Elwood Cemetery, Waterloo. He was born in Wellman, Iowa on November 24, 1914 and lived in Denver, Colorado since WW II. George was the brother of Dolly Fleener and Mabel Kelley, formerly of Belmond. Survivors from this area are his nephews, Tom Fleener, Vic Fleener, Larry Fleener, Eddie Kelley and a niece, Bonnie Dirks.
