Lelia Faye Lindsey, 77, died May 21, 2006 in Caldwell, Arkansas. Lelia Faye was born in Belmond, December 4, 1928, the daughter of Ed and Verna (Jones) Riggs. She graduated from Belmond High School in 1947, and later from Iowa Methodist School of Nursing at Des Moines in 1950. She married Charles Lamont Lindsey in 1952, and they lived in Caldwell for over 50 years. She is survived by her husband.
