Memorial services for Delores M. Paull of Sheridan will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at Adventure Christian Church in McMinnville. The Rev. Erik Neilson will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Macy & Son Funeral Directors. Mrs. Paull died of natural causes at the Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville on Monday, Nov. 6, 2006. She was 65. Born in Clarion, Iowa, on March 6, 1941, she was the daughter of Marion and Doris (Henley) Sumners. She moved to Colorado as a young woman. She relocated to California, where she cared for and helped to raise mistreated children, in 1965 She moved to Sheridan in 1993.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing and crafts. She was a member of Adventure Christian Church. "Mom was a loving person who cared about everyone," her family said.

Mrs. Paull is survived by two sons, Rick Pearce of Sheridan and Chris Paull of Lompoc, Calif.; a daughter, Tammey Duffey of Sheridan; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donnie Pearce in 1978, and her second, John Paull, in 1995.
