BICE, CLAIR T., 80, of Zephyrhills, Florida died Wednesday (Dec. 5, 1990). He was born in Clarion, Iowa, and was a retired pipe fitter. He was a Lutheran. Survivors include his wife, Viola; a son, Rolland, Zephyrhills; two daughters, Clarie Mallory, Pryor, Okla., and Nancy Ademit, Golden Valley, Minn.; a sister, Genevieve Bell, Clinton, Ind.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Kelly Memorial Funeral Home, Zephyrhills.
