Patricia L. Hutchison, 57, Edgerton in Platte County, died Nov. 20, 1991, at Spelman Memorial Hospital. She was born in Clarion, Iowa, and moved to Reeds Spring, Mo., in 1977; to Platte City in 1989; and to Edgerton in 1990. Mrs. Hutchison formerly co-owned a bait and tackle shop near Reeds Spring. She was a member of the Congregational Church, Clarion.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Hutchison of the home; a son, Tom Scheppler, with the Navy in Charleston, S.C.; three daughters, Denise Strang, San Jose, Calif., Marie Rasso, Reeds Spring, and Renee Winchester, St. Louis; six brothers, Bill Brooks and Jack Brooks of Clarion, Bob Brooks and Roger Brooks of Des Moines, Iowa, Alan Brooks, Nevada City, Calif., and Jim Brooks, Minneapolis; four sisters, Betty Robinson, Maxine Benson and Joan Schroeder of Clarion and Charlene Wieber, Portland, Ore.; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Rollins Chapel, Platte City; burial in the Ridgely Cemetery in Platte County. Friends may call from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the American Lung Association.
