Bettie Jo Decker, 71, Bradenton, Florida died June 19, 1996. Born in Clarion, Iowa, she came to Bradenton eight years ago from Washington, D.C. She was a graduate of Michigan State University. Survivors include her husband, Winston M.; a daughter, Katherine Anthony of Diamondhead, Miss.; a son, John C. of Baltimore; and three grandchildren. Services will be private. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, South Chapel, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Manatee/Sarasota Counties Chapter Inc., 350 Braden Ave., Sarasota, Fl 34243.
