James Martin Perry, 59, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 1998, in Bloomington, Ill. Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines, Iowa. Memorials: American Heart Association. James Martin Perry was born in Clarion, Iowa. He lived in Arlington for three years, and spent seven years prior to that in Des Moines. He was retired from the Air Force.

Survivors: Mother, Marjorie Kunert of Des Moines; daughter, Samantha Joe Perry of Killeen; sister, Judy Williamson of Des Moines; half brothers, Jeffery Kunert of Pass Christian, Miss., and Fred Kunert of Reno, Nev.; half sister, Linda Auguiano of San Antonio; stepfather, Charles Kunert of Des Moines; stepmother, Lucille Perry of St. Paul, Minn.; and one grandchild. Hamilton's Funeral Home Des Moines, Iowa.
