Clara A. Jackson, 91, of Yakima, Washington died Sunday at Central Health Care Center. Born in Clarion, Iowa, she and her husband moved to the Yakima Valley in 1945. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Leonard Jackson of Lacey, Helen Acord of Selah, Arnold Jackson of Yakima, Celia Cantrell of Turlock, Calif., Jay Jackson of Yakima and Sharon Landon of Kennewick; four sisters, Edith Terhark of Clarion, Iowa, Edna Riekens of Forest City, Iowa, Ruth Lotspeitch of Albuquerque, N.M., and Ruby Ziegler of Kanawha, Iowa; and 24 grandchildren. A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel in Yakima. She will be buried Saturday in Iowa.
