Funeral Services for Carl H. Dalluge, 35, who died Sunday, August 7, 1966 were held Wednesday August 10 at the Eagle Grove Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. H. W. Schiller officating.

Carl Hirrel Dalluge was born July 20, 1931 in St. Ansgar, the son of Hirrel and Lila (Fleischer) Dalluge. He was baptized on August 16, 1931 by the Rev. Paul Brammer at the Immanuel Lutheran Church here, and in May 1941 was confirmed by the Rev. W.F. Milbarth at St. John Evangelical Lutheran church in Austin, Minn. Carl attended school in St. Ansgar and Austin, Minn. and was graduated from St. Ansgar high school in May 1949. He then worked with his parents in their grocery store and meat market until he enlisted in the U. S. Air Force in January 1951. On June 10, 1951 he was married to Phyllis Irene Rogers of Rose Creek Minn. at Fort Sam Houston, Tex. by Chaplin G. J. Chapman. Mr. Dalluge took his basic training at Lackland Air Force base, San Antonio, Tex. and then went to Medical School at Fort Sam Houston and later finished his service at Mathe hospital as Surgical Technician in Sacramento, Calif. After his service he returned to St. Ansgar where he again helped his father in the grocery store, and later graduated from Austin Junior College, Austin, Minn. He was on the Austin police force for three years, and moved to Eagle Grove two and a half years ago.

Carl was an only child. He is survived by his wife Phyllis, two sons Kenneth and Ricky, and a daughter, Cindy, and his parents. Interment was at Grand View Memorial Gardens Austin, Minn.

Carl H. Dalluge, 35, died Sunday en route to the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines, from his home in Eagle Grove, Iowa. A former resident of Austin, he is survived by his widow, the former Phyllis Rogers of Rose Creek; three children, Kenneth, Richard, and Cynthia; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hirrell L. Dalluge, St. Ansgar; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Philip Rogers, Albert Lea, Minnesota. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Eagle Grove.
